I contacted Sim and Son Funeral Directors after losing my dearest Dad in January. The arrangements were handled by Shona, Nicole and Gordon, all of whom acted with respect and professionalism in ensuring my late father had the best funeral we could arrange!
I was well supported by their team through all the planning and preparatory stages and they were only ever a phone call away if I needed anything.
Sim and Son gave my Dad the most dignified funeral service and I am extremely grateful for all their support and care. They also put me in touch wirh Stella McCulloch an excellent Celebrant as we opted for a Humanist Service.

At every stage, I felt well supported by experienced people who made the funeral just what my father would have wanted. Every point was clearly explained and I don’t think anything could have been made easier for me. The funeral itself went off beautifully smoothly and the recommended venue was just what was wanted. Nicole and the team at Sim and Son have arranged the funerals for both my father and stepmum in the past 4 months.
